Military Clause Accepted — All Leases
We include a military clause in every lease we manage. If you receive military orders requiring a move beyond a 60-mile radius of your rental home, you may break your lease without penalty.
To be released from your lease, tenants must provide:
- 30-day written notice to the company
- A copy of your official military orders
Once both are received, you are fully released from your lease contract — no penalties, no fees.
